Rabbi Sholom Yemini is a dynamic presence within the Los Angeles Jewish community. He is a natural communicator combining both his knowledge of Torah and love of people. His magnetic personality has inspired many in his community.

After studying in Toronto, New York & South Africa, he received his Rabbinical Ordination and bachelor's degree in Talmudic studies from Yeshiva LeRabbonus Pretoria. He worked as an assistant Rabbi in South Africa and Florida before returning home to Los Angeles, where he currently serves as the Outreach Rabbi for the Chabad Israel Center.

As Rabbi Sholom grew in his roles, he recognized his excitement for public speaking and sharing his inspiration with others. He runs the young adult education program at the Chabad Israel Center, giving classes twice a week and learns one-on-one with many others. Additionally, he has spoken at many synagogues around the globe, sharing his enthusiasm for applying Torah principles to everyday life.

In 2018, he launched "The Parsha Perspective”, a podcast devoted to the weekly Torah portion. Each weekly episode explores the Parsha for lessons that will motivate your daily life. Listeners can easily end their week with a tidbit of Torah and inspiration in just a few minutes. The lessons along with Rabbi Sholom’s spirited personality have already gained a global following.

Separately, Rabbi Sholom is known for his passion concerning Jewish public safety. He is the volunteer coordinator for Magivim. A non-profit organization that works with the community before, during, and after a crisis through education, planning, and coordination. In this role, he works directly with Law Enforcement and professional volunteers representing all aspects of the Jewish community.

Aside from his religious outreach and teachings, he enjoys cycling, exercising, and the occasional cigar with friends.

Rabbi Sholom appreciates intriguing and fascinating quotes. So he ends each podcast with a quote that encapsulates and summarizes the message he's trying to convey.
